Refund & Replacement Policy:
Eligibility: Refunds and replacements are available for leads that have been delivered with a dead number or unusable name.
Notification: You must notify us of any issues with your order within 7 days of receiving the leads.
Replacement Process: Once we’ve identified any invalid leads we will replace with a valid lead before the order is fulfilled.
Refund Method: If an order cannot be fulfilled in time and you would prefer to be refunded, we will refund the remainder of the advertising budget.
Cancellation Policy:
Order Modification: You may request to cancel or modify your order at any time before going live with your campaign.
Cancellation Fees: Orders canceled after processing may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Delivery Policy:
All leads are delivered in real time and validated using HLR number checker.
Lead Generation Policy:
Data Collection: We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This information may be used for lead generation purposes to improve our services and marketing efforts.
